 A phone bill (cell phone bill is ok) and or other utility bills and/or hospital bill, bank statement, credit card bill, or other mail with your name and address on it. 

 That would be a check stub, or a job letter if you get paid in cash, three months of bank ststements or other forms of proof of your income.
